⚠️ Scam warning: Rummy apps almost never publish a public phone helpline. Any "customer care number" you find on Google search results, YouTube comments or Telegram is almost certainly a scam designed to steal your KYC details or OTPs. Only use the in-app support channels listed here.
Why the Numbers on Google Are Fake
Type “rummy customer care number” into Google and you’ll find dozens of confident-looking results — blog comments, YouTube videos, even map listings — each with a mobile number. Virtually every one is a scam.
The fraud works like this: you call about a stuck withdrawal, the “agent” asks you to verify your identity with the OTP just sent to your phone — that OTP is actually your UPI app authorising a payment, or a password reset on your rummy account. Variants involve “refundable verification fees” via UPI, or installing a screen-share app (AnyDesk/TeamViewer) that hands over your banking session.
This is one of India’s most-reported cyber frauds, and rummy players are prime targets because stuck withdrawals create urgency. The structural fact to internalise: rummy operators handle support inside the app, where you’re already logged in. They have no reason to run public phone lines — and the scammers fill that vacuum.
How Real Rummy Support Works
Every legitimate app follows the same pattern:
- In-app chat or ticket system — found under Help, Support or My Account. Your identity is already verified by your login, so no agent will ever ask for OTPs.
- Help-centre email — published inside the app and in the operator’s terms of service, never on third-party sites.
- Grievance officer — Indian online-gaming regulations require operators to publish a named grievance redressal officer with an email address in their terms. This is your escalation path.
Response times vary widely. In our testing, Rummy 365’s 24×7 chat had a 4-minute median response; the big brands typically answer tickets within 24–48 hours.
Before You Contact Support
Most rummy support tickets are one of three issues, and all three resolve faster if you prepare:
- Stuck withdrawal — usually a KYC name-mismatch between your account name, PAN and bank account. Have your transaction ID and a screenshot ready.
- Bonus not credited — check the offer’s terms first (minimum deposit, code entered at the right step). Include the deposit reference number.
- OTP/login problems — use the app’s own “recover account” flow; support cannot bypass it for you, by design.

If You’ve Been Scammed
Act in this order, fast: change your rummy and email passwords, check your UPI apps for unauthorised mandates, call your bank to freeze affected accounts, then report at cybercrime.gov.in or call 1930 — the national cyber-fraud helpline. Reports filed within 24 hours have the best freeze-and-recover rates.
Frequently Asked Questions
What is the customer care number for rummy apps?+
Major Indian rummy apps — Junglee Rummy, RummyCircle, A23 and the popular APK apps — do not operate public phone helplines. Support is via in-app chat and ticket systems. Any phone number you find in search results or social media claiming to be 'rummy customer care' should be treated as a scam.
Why don't rummy apps have phone support?+
Scale and fraud. Apps with millions of players route support through in-app chat where your account is already authenticated — phone lines can't verify callers safely and become a social-engineering vector. In-app tickets also create a written record for disputes.
A 'rummy customer care' number asked me for an OTP. What do I do?+
Hang up immediately — that is a scam, full stop. No genuine support agent ever needs your OTP, UPI PIN or a screen-share app. If you shared anything, change your passwords, check your UPI apps, and report at cybercrime.gov.in or call 1930 (national cyber fraud helpline).
How do I escalate if in-app support doesn't resolve my issue?+
Use the app's grievance-officer email — Indian online gaming rules require operators to publish a grievance redressal contact in their terms. Quote your ticket number. For payment disputes, your bank's chargeback process and the RBI ombudsman are the next steps.
What's the fastest way to get a withdrawal issue fixed?+
Open in-app chat, have your registered mobile number, transaction ID and a screenshot ready, and ask for a ticket number. Withdrawal issues are usually KYC name-mismatches — fixing the mismatch resolves it faster than repeated tickets.
